Shipping Instructions: Please give us your complete street address. UPS will not ship to a PO Box.

Payment: We consider an order firm on receipt of full payment. We accept a 25% deposit on orders that will take some time to fill. Bank checks only please. We do not accept personal checks.
Credit Cards:You can place an order on the telephone or by mail using your Visa or Mastercard. We charge your credit card at the time you place your order.

Sales Tax: Wisconsin residents add 5.6%.

Orders Shipped Complete: If an order has multiple items and some items are out of stock we wait until all your items are available to ship your order complete.

Shipping Partial Orders: If you want partial shipments we have to charge additional shipping for the backordered items.

Trial Period: We offer a 48 hour trial period on most items. We consider an item sold unless we receive a telephone call or fax within 3 days of your receipt of goods requesting a return authorization (no exceptions). This policy does not apply to special order items.

Layaway: We can put an item in stock on layaway for varying lengths of time depending on the situation. A 25% deposit is required. If the order is cancelled or the instrument returned the deposit amount is forfeited.

Special Order Items: Any item that is marked Special Order, or is special ordered is a special order item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping: Due to the high cost of processing small orders, we must charge a minimum $7.00 shipping charge. For large items and orders outside of the continental U.S. call for charges. The customer pays ALL shipping, and handling charges. Call for shipping quote for larger orders. We try to ship UPS whenever possible.

Damaged Goods: We insure all shipments. If you receive damaged goods contact the shipping company at once. We DO NOT take back damaged goods (contact shipping company).

Due to the unusual nature of some of the items we carry, we cannot keep everything in stock at all times. We sometimes have to order things from other countries or have them specially made by craftspeople. Thus we can never guarantee the exact delivery time of anything not in stock. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We do not accept orders with deadlines. An item not in stock can take 6--12 weeks.

Returns: To return an item you must call or write for a return authorization within 48 hours of receipt. Any item returned to us without our authorization will be returned to the sender COD for shipping charges. Returns should be properly packed, insured and shipped prepaid. We accept no COD shipments. We replace or repair defective items. Authorized returns must be received by us within 30 days.

Cancellations: If an order is cancelled, a 25% cancellation fee is charged. Many of the things we sell are made in small workshops one at a time. Our policy insures all orders are serious orders.

Refunds: We are happy to grant refunds within our 48 hour trial period. We do not grant refunds for orders that are special orders or instruments that have been put on layaway. Orders that are not paid for within one month of notification of completion will be considered cancelled. If an order is cancelled, the 25% deposit is forfeited. Many of the things we sell are made in small workshops one at a time. Our policy insures all orders are serious orders. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Foreign Customers: All shipping charges to be determined individually. Payment for foreign customers will be accepted in U.S. dollars by credit card or via an International Money Order or draft drawn on a United States Bank.
